The Municipality of Blanc Sablon is proud to offer a place for recycling collection. Our recycling is stored in containers and then shipped to Quebec City by Relais Nordik.
LOCATION: Just on the corner of the municipal office building! You can drop off your blue or clear, clean, bagged recyclables or broken down cardboards into the unlocked container.
Once they are full, they are locked, we take them away to ship, and replace with more containers that are available.
Electronics can be placed inside and then our worker will sort it into a seperate bin.
Certain paint products can also be dropped off in the specialized paint recycling container provided.
